'04 AL position player reviews conclude tomorrow with American League and National League Designated Hitters, as well as Minor League Free Agent and AAA/AA Designated Hitters from both leagues.

Today's Fantasy Rx: Based on each player's keeper potential heading into his sophomore season in the majors, select rookie outfielders in the following order in minor league drafts (I've included the preferred round price for Ultra leagues): Shin-soo Choo($10), Jamal Strong($5), Nelson Cruz($2). Choo ranks with the best position prospects in baseball and merits a minor league draft pick in any AL league. Strong will regularly reach double-digit value even if he never starts and therefore merits consideration in deeper leagues. Lastly, moving to Milwaukee significantly increases Cruz's chance to emerge as a big league starter, but due to his inconsistent contact, don't invest any significant asset to secure his services this spring.
