'04 AL Outfielder Week continues tomorrow, featuring Minor League Free Agent and AAA/AA Outfielders in the American League West.

Today's Fantasy Rx: Based on each player's keeper potential heading into his sophomore season in the majors, select rookie outfielders in the following order in minor league drafts (I've included the preferred round price for Ultra leagues): Franklin Gutierrez($10), Brian Anderson($10), David Espinosa($2), Jason Cooper($2). Again the best outfield prospects here played in the majors in 2004, however Gutierrez looks like a special player given his age and level, making him an excellent grab in any league. While Anderson may lack similar upside, he no longer faces any competition to win a starting job in Chicago's outfield following the departures of Carlos Lee and Magglio Ordonez. Consider Espinosa and Cooper more flyers in deep leagues considering their comparatively slow ascent up the minor league ladder and uncertain big league roles.
