I expected him to emerge as a solid starter sometime this year, but Webb currently ranks among the top starters in baseball, holds first place in NL ERA and second in NL WHIP, and merits serious All-Star consideration. He owns truly exceptional skills and a 55534 QA log demonstrates his impressive consistency; Webb even hasn't posted a single start below a 3 rating. Only Arizona's questionable offense makes me at all hesitant to recommend targeting him, yet considering his qualitative marks also should edge upward, you probably should wait on Webb at this time.

With Miguel Batista, Brandon Webb, and Elmer Dessens each virtually guaranteed a rotation slot, Andrew Good and John Patterson look likely to head to Tucson once the Arizona aces rejoin the team.
