Anaheim signed Bartolo Colon to a four-year, $51M contract on Tuesday. Under the terms of the contract he'll receive $9M in 2004, $8M in 2005, $12M in 2006, and $14M in 2007, as well as an $8M signing bonus of which $5M is due in January of 2004 and $3M is due in January of 2005. Should he finish in the top three in Cy Young voting in 2006, his 2007 salary will jump to $15M.
