'05 AA/AAA Starting Pitcher Week concludes tomorrow, featuring pitchers in spring training who missed most or all of 2004 due to injury.

Today's Fantasy Rx: Based on each player's keeper potential heading into his sophomore season in the majors, select rookie starters in the following order in minor league drafts; I've included the preferred round price for Ultra leagues: Chad Billingsley($5), Tim Stauffer($5), Matt Cain($5), and Joel Hanrahan($2). Expect Stauffer to emerge as a Padres' starter by August with Billingsley and Cain echoing that achievement by the following summer. The fragile Dodgers' rotation should create an opening for Hanrahan at some point, who still owns solid skills and could develop into a solid starting option very quickly.
