'04 NL Outfielder Week continues tomorrow, featuring Minor League Free Agent and AAA/AA Outfielders in the National League Central.

Today's Fantasy Rx: Based on each player's keeper potential heading into his sophomore season in the majors, select rookie outfielders in the following order in minor league drafts (I've included the preferred round price for Ultra leagues): Ryan Langerhans($10), Jeff Francoeur($10), Wayne Lydon($5). Atlanta possesses five quality players to fill four long-term corner slots: Chipper Jones, Andy Marte, Adam LaRoche, Francoeur, and Langerhans. While Langerhans probably has less chance of emerging as a consistent starter than a potential Hall of Famer and three excellent prospects, he also appears deserving of regular big league playing time now, giving him an edge over Marte and Francoeur. Any injury to Brian Jordan or Raul Mondesi will give Langerhans the everyday at-bats he deserves, making him a better gamble than a project prospect like Francoeur or hoping that New York will give a speedster like Lydon more than just a bench job.
