with 63 H, 8 HR, and a 3.98 ERA for AAA Tucson(PCL).

After finally losing his rookie status with Arizona last season, Raggio returned to Tucson, emerging as the best upper-level reliever in the system. While he obviously no longer qualifies as a prospect, he deserves a job on a big league team still scrambling to fill a pitching staff with questionable youngsters. Of course, you still should ignore Raggio given his limited fantasy potential unless he unexpectedly ends up closing, and Raggio likely won't appear on the next Diamondbacks' playoff team, however his skills suggest more immediate upside than most of Arizona's current relief corps.

Given Kerry might not start Sunday, hasn't started in several weeks, and usually struggles in St. Louis, we're just going with five starts while running Affeldt for cap purposes.

Taking Affeldt gives us room to run Juan Pierre against the Mets and Carl Crawford against the Yankees rather than Scott Podsednik against Cincinnati. We don't see any other necessary changes on offense as Fullmer, Loretta, Cintron, and V.Wells stay benched.

Today's Fantasy Rx: Montreal's Jason Childers ranks as the logical long-term sleeper here since we don't trust Chad Cordero's skills. However, John Van Benschoten, Brandon Claussen, Steve Watkins, Joel Hanrahan, and even Jeff Francis probably offer more fantasy potential in most leagues given their respective chances of earning starting rotation slots by next spring.
