I'll continue tomorrow by discussing NL Central minor league outfielders.

Today's Fantasy Rx: I don't see many upper level prospects in this division who didn't play in the majors in 2003. Only the Expos have much talent above A-ball, and they also have one or two openings in the majors. All of Atlanta's starting outfielders are signed for a couple years, and Philadelphia has everyone under their control for the next three years. While the Mets will have Burnitz's slot open at the end of the year, Floyd and Cedeno are signed for three more years and they'll look for a power-hitting veteran to replace Burnitz. Aside from Montreal, only Florida should have some openings, yet Pierre, Millar, and Encarnacion are a couple years shy of free agency. Marlon Byrd's promotion to the majors leaves few places for outfield prospects to surface in the NL East, and since we don't know who will emerge in Montreal, you probably shouldn't target this division when seeking young outfielders. The one exception I see is Prentice Redman, however no one knows if the Mets will give him a shot even if he excels at AAA.
