I'll continue tomorrow by discussing AL West minor league outfielders.

Today's Fantasy Rx: The sheer number of quality players who either started in the outfield or moved there due to defensive limitations means that you need to look at many factors before drafting a minor leaguer with a very good chance of reaching the majors. Pay close attention to an outfield prospect's age relative to his league, since while someone like Lew Ford is a decent prospect due to his five-category upside, most 26-year-old outfielders still at AAA are moving towards AAAA status and a series of NRIs.
